Welcome to Travel Tranquility! By booking your travel through our agency, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully, as they outline our respective rights and responsibilities.
Travel Tranquility acts solely as a booking agent for third-party travel suppliers, including airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, and transportation companies. We do not own, operate, or control these suppliers. Therefore, we cannot be held liable for any personal injury, property damage, cancellations, delays, or other issues caused by the actions, omissions, or financial defaults of these third-party suppliers.
All quotes provided by Travel Tranquility are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until a deposit is officially applied and a confirmation is received from the supplier. Prices, tariffs, and taxes are subject to change by the supplier at any time prior to final payment.
Timely payment is essential to secure your reservation. Missing a payment deadline may result in the automatic cancellation of your trip by the supplier, and any prior payments may be forfeited. Travel Tranquility is not responsible for cancellations due to late or declined payments.
We understand that life happens and plans change. However, please be aware that:
Supplier Penalties: All cancellations and changes are subject to the specific terms, conditions, and penalty fees of the travel suppliers used for your booking.
Agency Fees: [Optional: Insert any specific cancellation or change fees Travel Tranquility charges for the time spent processing these changes, e.g., "Travel Tranquility charges a $50 per person administrative fee for any cancellations after a deposit has been made, in addition to any supplier penalties."]
It is the sole responsibility of the traveler to ensure they have the correct, valid documentation required for their trip.
Domestic Travel: A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID (such as a REAL ID-compliant driver's license) is required.
International Travel: A valid passport is required. Most countries require passports to be valid for at least six months beyond your scheduled return date.
Visas and Health Requirements: Travelers are responsible for obtaining any necessary visas, vaccinations, or entry permits required by their destination. Travel Tranquility cannot be held responsible if you are denied boarding or entry due to incorrect documentation.
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect your investment against unforeseen circumstances such as medical emergencies, trip cancellations, travel delays, and lost luggage. If you choose to decline travel insurance, Travel Tranquility will require you to sign a waiver acknowledging that you are accepting full financial responsibility for any losses that may occur.
Travel Tranquility cannot guarantee your safety at any destination. We strongly encourage all clients to review travel advisories and health warnings issued by the U.S. State Department (travel.state.gov) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (cdc.gov) prior to booking and traveling.
By rendering your deposit for your vacation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
